RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Terms & Conditions
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
We do not offer exchanges. Instead, eligible orders will be refunded once the returned product has been received and quality-checked (QC) by our team, as per the terms & conditions mentioned below.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return and refund:
- The product must be in the same condition that you received it
- It must be unused and unworn
- All original tags must be intact
- It must be in its original packaging
Additional points:
- You are eligible for 1 return request per purchase.
- We currently do not process size/colour/style exchanges.
- If you would like a different size or colour of the same style, please:
- Place a new order, and
- Raise a return request for the original product (subject to the above conditions).
RETURN PICKUP & SHIPPING
- The return pickup will be attempted twice.
- If the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to self-ship the pair back to our warehouse.
If the pair received by you is incorrect or defective:
- We will cover the reverse shipping.
- An unboxing video and clear photos must be provided within 48 hours of delivery to verify the claim.
Important: If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to self-ship the product to the following address:

REFUND PROCESS
- Once we receive your return, our team will perform a quality check (QC).
- If the product passes QC, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If the product fails QC (used, damaged, or not in original condition), the return may be rejected, and the product may be shipped back to you.
AFTER-SALE DAMAGE POLICY
Damage caused after use (accidental or otherwise) is:
- Not covered, and
- Ineligible for return or refund.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY
- Cancellations are possible only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Once dispatched, you may place a return request after delivery (as per the return policy above).
